What is the difference between the HH3 and HH5?

The HH3 is a heavy-duty sandbar anchor ideal for beach applications, wake boats, pontoons, and center consoles. The HH5 offers the same rigid, zero-flex construction but is optimized for 3'–4' of water and higher load stability for larger boats and rougher conditions.

What materials are HammerHead Anchors made from?

Both the HH3 and HH5 are built from schedule 40 aluminum with a 4" × 7" cast aluminum auger and a 5/8" solid 316 stainless steel handle, engineered as a rigid, flex-free system.

Are HammerHead Anchors saltwater safe?

Yes. All HammerHead Anchors use marine-grade metals designed for long-term corrosion resistance in both freshwater and saltwater environments.

HammerHead Anchors, LLC - 5-Year Limited Warranty on Anchors
HammerHead Anchors, LLC ("HammerHead Anchors") warrants to the original purchaser ("you") that its anchors will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase (the "Warranty Period").

What This Warranty Covers:

This warranty covers defects in the materials used to manufacture the anchor and defects in the way the anchor was assembled.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear: Anchors are subject to wear and tear through regular use in various marine environments.

• Damage caused by improper use, installation, or maintenance: This includes, but is not limited to, using the anchor for purposes other than its intended design, exceeding the anchor's recommended holding power, improper setting or retrieval techniques, or failure to maintain the anchor in good condition.

• Damage caused by accidents, negligence, or abuse: This includes damage from collisions, dragging over abrasive surfaces, or other external forces.

• Corrosion or rust: While our anchors are designed for marine environments, corrosion and rust are natural processes that can occur over time depending on the specific conditions and maintenance. This warranty does not cover cosmetic corrosion or rust that does not affect the structural integrity of the anchor.

• Modifications or alterations: Any modification or alteration to the anchor not expressly approved in writing by HammerHead Anchors will void this warranty.

• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

Your Sole Remedy:

If a defect in materials or workmanship occurs during the Warranty Period, and you provide proof of original purchase, HammerHead Anchors' sole obligation and your exclusive remedy shall be, at HammerHead Anchors' option, to:

• Repair the defective anchor: We will repair the anchor using new or refurbished parts.

• Replace the defective anchor: We will replace the anchor with a new anchor of the same or comparable model.

How to Obtain Warranty Service:

To obtain service under this warranty, you must:

1. Contact HammerHead Anchors within the Warranty Period at Hank@HammerHeadAnchors.com to report the defect and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2. Provide proof of original purchase, such as a dated sales receipt.

3. Properly package the defective anchor and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the packaging.

4. Ship the anchor, at your expense, to the address provided by HammerHead Anchors.
HammerHead Anchors will inspect the returned anchor. If we determine that the defect is covered by this warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace the anchor and return it to you at our expense (within the contiguous United States). You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns that are not covered by this warranty.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties:

Except for the limited warranty expressly set forth above, HammerHead Anchors hereby disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The duration of any implied warranties that may not be disclaimed by law is limited to the duration of this limited warranty.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall HammerHead Anchors, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use its anchors, even if HammerHead Anchors has been advised of the possibility of such damages. HammerHead Anchors' total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the defective anchor.

Governing Law:

This limited warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Your Rights Under State Law:

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
